Base Points
Base Points are awarded to Amateur Division competitors when they compete in a Graded event.
These points are calculated on the ranking obtained in a Graded event and they are called 'Result Points' as they are based upon your result in that event. Click here to view the 'Result Point Formula'.
If a couple participates in a Graded event higher than their own Grade they will be awarded points from that ranking.
Important!
Base Points are compulsory and will add towards your total points for elevation. If you compete in a Graded event you will receive points.
